Getting the job done right and on time requires good communication. Your TDK sales consultant will work with you hand and hand to make sure you and/ or your other contractors know when the products will be delivered, installed and when you can expect the job to be completed. This is a family business with pride and experience that shows in our work. Ninety percent of our business comes from referrals and we are happy to provide qualified references.

TDK is a family owned business that was founded five years ago by Thomas Knotts and his silent partner Donna Pankotai. Thomas is a Master Carpenter and has been in the remodeling business for over ten years. He has narrowed his focus to cabinetry and countertops in the last three years.
Since the inception of TDK, we have hired an Installation Supervisor, full-time Installers, Educated Sales Consultants, two highly qualified Designers, office personnel and warehouse personnel. The owners of the company Thomas and Doreen Knotts are part of the day-to-day operations helping to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.
We pride ourselves on the close relationships shared by all employees and take a sincere interest in the people that work for us. It is safe to say there is a friendship shared by all employees that creates a fun working environment.
Each employee position receives updated training on a quarterly and sometimes daily basis. This is an evolving business; change must be embraced to capture the current trends of the industry.
We think of our customers as friends of the family and strive to have long-term relationships with them through referrals and additional jobs down the line. We also accept dinner invitations.
